** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
Interaction with guests
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to in home chefs. We are off-site but on-call!
Neighborhood
Sylvan Park/Green Hills is a safe and trendy neighborhood located just west of downtown (approximately 10 minute drive). This home is within walking distance to several Nashville favorites: Edley’s, Pancho & Leftys, Star Bagel, Park Cafe, Sylvan Supply (which includes: Punk Wok, Bearded Iris, Ginger Kitchen, coffee shops, shopping) and a golf course conveniently location across the street. Centrally located to go anywhere but also situated in a great spot if you want to hang locally. Our house backs up to the Sylvan Park Baseball fields
