Space

Our beautifully decorated home offers you 1600 square feet of well-appointed space in the heart of East Nashville! We put a lot of care into decorating our home to make sure you have all the amenities you would find in a hotel…but better! 🙂 (Please see our complete amenities list on the listing). Although we don’t serve breakfast, there is complimentary coffee, tea and light snacks.

Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa! VERY comfy for a sleeper sofa.

-Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware, some spices, etc. drip coffeemaker with some coffee beans to get your started.
-Washer and dryer available for guest use!
-Plenty of street parking available.
-Dining table with seating for 6.
-Counter height breakfast bar with 4 stools in kitchen area to gather for meals or to serve as a work desk.
-Comfortable and stylish living room to hang out in and watch TV on a large screen Smart TV. Xfinity Cable provided . Netflix, Hulu Plus and other apps can also be accessed.
-We provide some fresh coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, light snacks, some water bottles and sparkling water.
-Fresh bed linens provided. We layout towels, wash cloths, travel size shampoo and shower gel on each bed. There are extras if needed in each bathroom. Hair dryers, one iron & ironing board, *initial round* of toilet paper, paper towels, & coffee provided, if you need more, you can stock up from the nearby grocery store (Kroger, and Turnip Truck are nearby).

DISCLAIMER:
-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a “home base” for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘’holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station.

RESERVATION CHANGE FEE (less than 30 days out):
NO reservation changes are allowed within 10 days or less from the original check-in date.
-Any reservation changes made 30 days or less from their check-in day will incur the $100 change fee (and still not allowed within 10 days from check-in date).
-All reservation changes are final, will not be eligible for refund, cannot be changed twice and must be used within the next 365 days
-When a guest is not eligible for a refund, we can refund them the difference in price if their canceled dates get rebooked.

The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.

AIRBNB CANCELLATIONS:
100% Refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking if check-in is at least 14 days away.
50% Refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in.

VRBO CANCELLATIONS:
– Full refund (minus $75 processing fee) if cancelled 60 days before arrival

Uber and Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They’re always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, and you can get just about anywhere in Nashville for $10 or less. If you decide to rent a car, there is one spot available in the parking lot at the end of our building and there is plenty of street parking available, as well.

Notes

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

**PLEASE NOTE: there is construction going on with the house right next door. The crew typically starts early in the morning. We have NO control over this and apologize in advance for any disturbance!

East Nashville is one of the city’s hippest areas, thriving on small, local businesses and boutiques. Find great restaurants such as Marche, Margot, Treehouse, and Two Ten Jack and local sports bars, craft beer bar spots, and upscale cocktail joints.

*Failure to follow our check-out instructions will result in an EXTRA fee
*NO glitter/confetti and NO decorations adhered to the wall and ALL decorations must be removed and disposed of before checkout (failure to do so will result in a $200 fee.
