Relax & unwind in this beautiful, newly restored 1940s bungalow in a quiet & desirable East Nashville neighborhood. A tranquil escape amid the hustle & bustle of the city & sleeps 6 comfortably. We are just up the road from all of the hip attractions of East Nash, & only a 10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the Broadway strip. **Please note that we live in the upstairs apartment of this home which has a completely separate entrance than yours . **Guests MUST read & accept house rules BEFORE booking**

Space

Welcome to our newly renovated 1940s bungalow where historic quaintness has been updated with modern design and comfort. Our comfortable space sleeps 6 and boasts a completely upscaled kitchen with all stainless appliances, a 5 burner gas range with a pot filler faucet, double ovens and immaculate granite countertops. Exposed wood beams grace the home. You can listen to the birds sing songs while enjoying a cup of coffee on our oversized deck in one of the deep, comfy chairs.

-Central Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation system.
-Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware, some spices, coffeemaker, coffee, creamers and sugar to get you started.
– Driveway space for two cars and free street parking! Please be mindful of our neighbors and park only in front of our home!
-Dining area with table that seats 6 and extra seating at island with barstools
-Living room with plenty of seating to relax and watch TV with cable! Living room opens to dining area and kitchen for open concept living space.
-We provide a welcome basket with some light refreshments for you to enjoy!
-Fresh bed linens provided. We lay out towels, wash cloths, travel size shampoo and soap on each bed. Each full bathroom has a hair dryer and wash cloths for makeup removal.
-We provide one *initial round* of toilet paper, paper towels, & coffee, if you need more, you can stock up from the grocery store (Kroger, and Walgreens are nearby).
-In home full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use!

HOUSE RULES
A great deal of passion went into designing and building this space so that it would be both beautiful to behold and to experience. Please help us preserve it for yours and others’ future stays by accepting these rules before you book:
-Treat the space as if you crafted it with your own hands.
-There is no smoking allowed within 25 feet your rental space and no pets allowed on the property.
-NO GLITTER or CONFETTI (impossible to clean it all!). Any decorations you put up must all be taken down, including any tape residue.
-Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. Please follow our easy check-out instructions provided. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape.
-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items will result in withholding of deposit.
-NOISE. We ask that you respect our neighborhood and neighbors (and us!) by keeping your noise level down at a reasonable volume, especially when outside of the property. Any noise complaints received from our neighbors will result in withholding of deposit.

Our property’s quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our “house rules” during your stay. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us.

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask the day before or the day of arrival as we will mostly NOT be able honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs may result in a $50 late check-out fee.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.

Potential for noise – We live upstairs. You will hear footsteps from time to time, but we have installed sound barrier insulation so that noise is greatly reduced!

Surveillance or recording devices on property – We have two exterior Ring cameras. One is on the bnb’s entrance door and the other is off the deck.

Notes

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!

Interaction with guests

We live upstairs in a completely separate, private apartment and will completely give you your space and privacy unless you need us!

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is close to everything you need. Mitchells Deli and Dose are nearby and it’s a mile to Riverside Village, which is a little pocket neighborhood where you will find two bustling blocks filled with Nashvillians, restaurants, shops and street art and Amelia’s Flower Truck!

Access

You’ll have access to the entire first floor (all the areas photographed) and the large exterior deck.

House Rules

*Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
*We do not rent to guests under the age of 25
*Do not enter any locked closets; doing so will result in a $500 fine
*Due to SEVERE pet allergies, please no requests to bring animals of any kind.
*Failure to follow our check-out instructions will result in an EXTRA fee
*NO glitter/confetti and NO decorations adhered to the wall and ALL decorations must be removed and disposed of before checkout (failure to do so will result in a $200 fee.
