Enjoy a morning breakfast and coffee across the street, 6 minutes to The Factory, and Quaint Franklin filled with fabulous restaurants, shops and cafes. Sleep well on fresh and comfy bedding. Large yard for running around. Our home is spacious and clean with all new furniture, decor, amenities, linens, etc. **NO LOCAL GUESTS

Both our house and location are fabulous. Enjoy a spacious, modern Farm House decor with a rustic and cozy feel. Our house 2 levels house can easily accommodate 10 guests. On the main level are the bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas.

The location of the house is ideal: only a mile to “The little course” Legends 9 hole next to Legends private 18 hole golf course.Rent bikes in downtown Franklin just 8 minutes away. The heart of Nashville a little over 20 minutes away.

*NO GLITTER. If found through the house, it will result in withholding your deposit. Additionally, please take down all decorations (if you bring them) and any tape used.

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!

Interaction with guests

Your host won’t be on the property but they’ll be available for anything you need during your stay.

You will have a detailed digital guest book with tips on how to work the TVs, trash, check-out instructions, and it also includes favorite spots in Nashville!

We are located in the charming Grassland area of Franklin. The Good Cup cafe is right across the street, and your are just minutes away from other shops and restaurants.

Access

Guests have access to the entire house.

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• We do not rent to guests under the age of 25
• Do not enter any locked closets, doing so will result in a $500 fine
• Due to SEVERE family allergies, please no requests to bring animals of any kind
• If you move furniture during your stay, please return it to its original location. Failure to do so may result in a fee.
