Nashville is the hottest city to explore and I am thrilled to have a killer, brand-new town home for others to use while they enjoy and explore the city! My goal is to provide an amazing space that will make your trip to Nashville unforgettable!
This highly designed space is open and inviting, with lots of room to be comfortable. Perfect for large groups here to celebrate & make memories. With four full bathrooms, plus a 1/2 bathroom, there is plenty of room for a large group to get ready for a night out on the town!
The home offers upscale amenities such a gas range and fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, smart TVs in the living space and bedrooms, large closets, and much more. Who doesn’t want to spend the evening on our spacious deck overlooking a stunning vista of Nashville? You can see how close you are to all the action!

Our home comes with a double car garage. Lyft and Ubers are both readily available and very cheap options to get wherever you’d like to go!

Notes

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!

Interaction with guests

We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to in home chefs. We are off-site but on-call!

Neighborhood

Sylvan Park is an established and trendy neighborhood located just west of downtown (approximately 10 minute drive). This home is within walking distance to several Nashville favorites: Edley’s, Pancho & Leftys, Star Bagel, Park Cafe, Sylvan Supply (which includes: Punk Wok, Bearded Iris, Ginger Kitchen, coffee shops, shopping) and a golf course conveniently location across the street. Centrally located to go anywhere but also situated in a great spot if you want to hang locally.
