Welcome! This is our first Nashville vacation rental and we couldn’t be more excited to share this thoughtfully designed space with our guests! It’s a spacious, 4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom, with a comfy rooftop terrace, & bonus game room garage w/Ping Pong table. Plenty of comfortable sleeping options, fully stocked kitchen, & extra complimentary amenities. Only 2.6 miles to Nashville hotspots, no need to hop on a freeway to get to downtown! Happy to answer any questions & look forward to hosting you!

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure garage door is shut whenever you are not actively using the garage.
**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!
A lot of time, care, and money has been put into this home that we LOVE. I only want to have the best guests who will respect my property AND my neighbors. Not looking for rowdy crowds to stay here!
Interaction with guests
Your host won’t be on the property but they’ll be available for anything you need during your stay.
You will have a detailed digital guest book with tips on how to work the TVs, trash, check-out instructions, and it also includes favorite spots in Nashville!
Neighborhood
Perfect quiet location, but super close to all of the action! You’re minutes away from Nashville’s Top Golf, so many great restaurants in East Nashville & Germantown, and you’re just minutes away from all the action in down Broadway. Catch a game at the Nissan Stadium, a concert at The Ryman, or Bridgestone Arena, bring the kids to the Adventure Science Center…you’re close to it all!
