Frequently asked questions

  • Payment Schedule

    All payments are processed through Stripe. First payment is collected 1 day after confirmation. Second payment is collected 60 days before arrival date.

  • Check-in Instructions

    Check in instructions (with door code) are sent at confirmation of booking

  • Check-in and Check-out

    Check in is at 4pm, Check out is at 10am (unless pre-arranged)

  • Cancellation Policy

    100% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in. (less $75 credit card processing fee)

    We recommend purchasing travelers insurance as we will not alter our cancellation policy for any reason.

  • Date Change Policy

    Date changes made at least 30 days prior to the original check-in date will be allowed for an additional $100 change fee. Only 1 change allowed and that booking will be subject to the original reservations cancellation window.

    Date changes made between 14-29 days prior to the original check-in date will be treated as a cancellation + $100 change fee. 50% of the original cost will be issued toward your future dates and you will have to pay the balance due for your new dates; the other 50% will not be refunded unless your original dates get rebooked. If the dates get rebooked at a lower rate than the original booking, you will be refunded at the lower rate it was rebooked. Only 1 change allowed and that booking will be subject to the original reservations cancellation window. 

  • Change of Listing (change of house or condo)

    Requests can only be granted if your reservation is more than 60 days out and there is a $50 fee.
